Who this covers
Jarvis Galaxy is a private assistant used by one person, its owner and developer, with his own Google account. It is not available to the public and does not collect data from anyone else.
What Google data it uses
Only with the owner's explicit consent through Google's sign-in screen, Jarvis Galaxy requests:
- Google Calendar events: to read the owner's events and to add or move events when he asks.
- Gmail (read only): to list, search and read the owner's messages when he asks about his email.
- Gmail (compose): to save email drafts. It never sends email; the owner sends drafts himself.
How the data is used
- Data is used only to answer the owner's own requests, at the moment he makes them.
- To write an answer, the relevant calendar or email content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, the AI service that powers the assistant. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms and does not use API data to train its models.
- Email and calendar content is not stored by Jarvis Galaxy beyond a short in-memory conversation history, which is cleared when the program restarts.
- The Google sign-in token is stored only on the owner's own computer, in a file readable only by his user account. It is never placed in a web browser or sent anywhere except to Google.
What it never does
- It does not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone.
- It does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models.
- It does not transfer the data to anyone, except to Anthropic as described above, to provide the feature the owner asked for.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Jarvis Galaxy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the token file on the owner's computer also disconnects it.
